Refund and Returns Policy

1. Return Eligibility (7 Days Only)

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or not working properly
  • You received the wrong product

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition
  • The product must be in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order ID or receipt) is required

2. Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Requests made after 7 days of delivery
  • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling
  • Products without original packaging
  • Minor variations in color or design (due to display differences)

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at support@desiregadget.online within 7 days of delivery
  2. Share your order ID, issue details, and clear images/videos of the product
  3. Our team will review and approve your request

Once approved, we will provide return instructions.


4. Refund Policy

After receiving and inspecting the returned product:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • The amount will be credited to your original payment method via Cashfree Payments

If the payment was made via Cash on Delivery (if applicable), refund will be processed via bank transfer or UPI.


5. Replacement Policy

  • If the product is defective or damaged, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, depending on availability
  • If replacement is not available, a full refund will be issued

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled

7. Shipping Charges

  • Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrect
  • Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable

8. Important Notes

  • We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet our policy conditions
  • Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
